This Privacy policy applies to fluctustravel.com, communications and services, including off-site communication such as creating tailor made tours and similar enquiries, but exclude services that state that they are offered under a different privacy policy.

If you apply for our services and/or tour programs, Fluctus Travel will be the controller of provided personal data, or collected by, and/or may processed in further communication with our package tour partners. When filling a booking form on our website, it is your free choice to enter your phone number as well as other relevant information which you like to specify in the “enter text” box or via e-mail.
The given information, mandatory and optional, is stored under your name in the FLUCTUS TRAVEL system and it is used to complete your query and during implementation of a booked tour and/or service. After the program implementation or/and the service, the data remain in our reservation system and may be removed on your request.
