This Privacy policy applies to fluctustravel.com, communications and services, including off-site communication such as creating tailor made tours and similar enquiries, but exclude services that state that they are offered under a different privacy policy.

If you apply for our services and/or tour programs, Fluctus Travel will be the controller of provided personal data, or collected by, and/or may processed in further communication with our package tour partners. Ww inform the clients about the use of data, give the clients a choice of using their data on regular basis, including the possibility of choosing whether they want their name to be removed from the marketing campaign lists. All of the client’s data is closely kept and it’s available only to the employees who need this information in order to perform their duties. When filling a booking form on our website, it is your free choice to enter your phone number as well as other relevant information which you like to specify in the “enter text” box or via e-mail.

The given information, mandatory and optional, is stored under your name in the FLUCTUS TRAVEL system and it is used to complete your query and during implementation of a booked tour and/or service. After the program implementation or/and the service, the data remain in our reservation system and may be removed on your request.
